Is a new program which helps us live a bit like the old days. We visit farms and help with farming the sheep, we learn how "feta" is made. We visit ANO-KATO, and participate on their workshops for felting, or traditional weaving. And we go out to collect wild mushrooms, with the help of experts. We have a small presentation about mushrooms and we cook what we collect!
