When we are active on mountains and rivers, it is necessary to take some precaution always before we start a walk, a ski tour or a rafting tour. On outdoor activities we are always exposed either on thunder storms, or heat or avalanches. Most of the precautions are taken by our guides but you need to have some things with you during the activities, also when you are on your own! For trekking and hiking, a small backpack (around 35-45lt) is necessary. Inside it carry a rain jacket, a fleece, second t-shirt, first aid kit, water bottle, some candy or nuts, a hut, sunglasses, sun cream and if you are hiking on altitudes above 2000m it is good to have with you gloves and a cap. The weather changes very fast and the temperature can drop 15 degrees in only some minutes! For mountain biking we normally provide, a helmet and a toolkit. The support vehicle will carry all the necessary equipment. If you want to go on your own for a long ride, it would be good to have a helmet, sunglasses, rain jacket and rain trousers, also a small backpack, with first aid kit, tool kit, some extra tires. For skiing, we always go on organized ski resorts where there is pretty much all we need. We need warm and rainproof clothing, sun cream, sunglasses, cap and our ski equipment. On a ski tour it is more complicated, because we always are out in the open. First of all we need good mountaineering clothing, material for ski touring, (skins, shoes, bindings), A backpack is necessary, we can put in all what we don’t need during the ascent, and warm drinks, also some nuts or dry grapes, something sweet also. The rest will be taken care from our guides. On a tour you only need your bathingsut or second underwear the rest will be provided from us.
